ProDriven Global Brands is seeking an Accounting Manager – Financial Systems & Controls to lead the design, governance, and optimization of financial systems and the general ledger across the NA and global footprint.

You will partner with IT and regional finance teams to drive process improvements, automation, and system integrations that support accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10–15+ years progressive accounting and finance experience in global environments.
• Experience with ERP systems, close processes, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
• Proven ability to collaborate with IT on system implementations and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls, SOX experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own ERP financial modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidations).
• Oversee global GL close processes, drive automation and standardization.
• Ensure financial data integrity through reconciliations and controls.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality and reporting.
