The ideal candidate has an associate degree and 3+ years of combined accounting and HR experience, familiarity with QuickBooks or NetSuite, and strong MS Office skills. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with medical, dental, vision, PTO and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or HR.
• 3+ years of combined accounting and HR experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
• Perform reconciliations and support month-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting.
