Pharming Group in Warren, NJ is seeking an HR Specialist to support a broad range of HR processes. The role combines onboarding, payroll reporting, benefits administration, data integrity, and HR system support in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

You will work with hiring managers and employees to create a positive employee experience, maintain compliance, and assist with recruiting and offboarding activities. This is an entry-level role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with at least 6 months of HR experience (internships considered)
• High degree of detail orientation and customer service focus
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent technical skills

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate benefits administration activities, including reporting and invoice coordination
• Monitor the US-HR inbox and handle requests or forward to appropriate resource
• Facilitate onboarding process including pre-employment screening, I-9s, and first day schedule
• Manage offboarding process for existing employees
• Support recruiting through interview scheduling and training for new managers
• Maintain employee data with high data integrity and controls
• Provide HR system support and training as needed
• Create monthly payroll, headcount and ad-hoc reports with analysis
• Maintain compliance documentation with OSHA and state requirements
• Handle vendor invoices, POs and new vendor setup
• Participate in global HR team initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
