Responsibilities include journal entries, standard accounting entries, report distribution, and daily check processing. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in a professional office setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and SAP is required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Produce and park centralized journal entries weekly and at period end.
• Produce and park standard accounting entries weekly and at period end.
• Distribute SAP reports and other accounting reports weekly and at period end.
• Process daily checks and Check-on-Demand requests.
• Process closing book entries and AR uploads into SAP.
• Enter source documents into SAP and create period-end entries for chargebacks.
