Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking an AR Regional Specialist to manage AR applications, reconciliations, and refunds for multiple accounts. The role combines SAP, High Radius, and DataWorkbench usage with cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate AR balances.

Hybrid work arrangement with established processes, strong attention to detail, and a focus on timely cash application and issue resolution across diverse client accounts.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel and Outlook proficiency
• SAP experience required
• High Radius experience a plus
• Previous high-volume A/R payment and account management experience required
• Ability to manage time to deliver within deadlines and standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to associates at all levels of the organization, emphasizing customer service
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to understand how role contributes to the success of the wider business
• Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to explore process efficiencies and improvements
• Ability to accept change, be innovative and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Review AR accounts using SAP, High Radius and MyResults with field and internal partner input to ensure accurate AR balances
• Analyze complex client AR accounts and recommend solutions
• Monitor AR aged items and inform field on unresolved past due items and write-offs
• Read, decipher and process payments with detailed remittance
• Assist team with new or complicated applications
• Assist with Cash Applications as needed and use bank sites for applying payments
• Post payments with high accuracy and daily application rate
• Handle high volume of payments to be processed
• Review and process AR refunds, deposits, write-offs, banking adjustments per policy
• Apply Foodbuy AR payments, verify and process DataWorkbench uploads, and adhere to KFC guidelines
