Job summary

SC Johnson Professional is seeking a Part-time Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on processing AP transactions in SAP, assisting AR collections, and maintaining data accuracy with vendors and customers.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with US work authorization. Remote work is available once a week after onboarding, with a 30-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices for payment via 3-way matching or approved non-PO invoices.
• Process employee expense reports for reimbursement.
• Manage intercompany accounts payable invoices.
• Manage monthly utility payments and maintain checklists.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries.
