Howden is seeking a senior professional to manage and develop a team of accounting and claims experts located in Edina, Minnesota and across the US. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, ensuring top-tier service while coordinating with Brokers and department heads.

The role emphasizes leadership, policy development, KPI monitoring, and collaboration across Broking, Contracts, and Fiduciary functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of Reinsurance Intermediary Accounting/Claims Experience
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a small team of accounting and claims professionals located in Edina, Minnesota and remotely throughout the US
• Supervise, train, and mentor your direct reports to help them develop the skills and experience needed to perform at a high level and grow their careers
• Work with the head of the department and other team leaders to balance workloads and onboarding new business while ensuring high levels of customer service
• Work with Brokers to ensure coordination of sales and service support
• Assist with defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the department
• Monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators and report data to stakeholders
• Ensure effective interactions with direct reports across departments including Broking, Contracts, Fiduciary functions
• Assist with design and implementation of technology solutions as needed
• Travel to client and HowdenTiger offices as required
