Job summary

You will supervise, train, and mentor staff, coordinate with Brokers, monitor KPIs, and help define policies while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client service.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in reinsurance accounting/claims, with proven leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of Reinsurance Intermediary Accounting/Claims Experience.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a small team of accounting and claims professionals located in Edina, Minnesota and remotely throughout the US.
• Supervise, train, and mentor your direct reports to help them develop the skills and experience needed to perform at a high level and grow their careers.
• Work with the head of the department and other team leaders to balance workloads, including onboarding new business while ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
• Work with Brokers to ensure coordination of sales and service support.
• Monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators and report data to management and clients.
