Job summary

HRB in San Francisco is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support accounting, finance, and case billing functions. You will handle accounts payable, cash receipts, and time & expense reporting, working closely with the Controller to keep accurate records and assist in case management.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, at least two years of accounting experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks. This is a hybrid role with four days in the office and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum two years of proven accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Processing: manage invoices, coding to cases/accounts, approvals, and vendor records.
• Cash Receipts Processing: record incoming checks and apply payments to cases/accounts.
• Time & Expense Reporting: collect entries, ensure timely submissions, review codes, and prepare data for export.
