Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Pastel and QuickBooks.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with South African tax regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with tax returns and regulatory filings.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Contribute to budget prep and variance analysis.
• Respond to financial inquiries from stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
