Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA.
• 2-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems/ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze financial results and identify variances, trends, and issues.
• Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with policies and GAAP.
• Support audits and provide documentation to auditors.
• Lead portions of the monthly close process and prepare journal entries.
