Reformation is seeking a Senior Accountant to play a pivotal role in monthly close, financial reporting, and audit support. You will own key accounting areas, research transactions in NetSuite, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive accurate, audit-ready results.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, a consumer products or ecommerce background, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work from the Vernon HQ is available.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consumer products or ecommerce, especially apparel and accessories, required.
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience owning multiple areas of the month-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate, reconcile, and analyze large data sets.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration to resolve accounting and operational issues.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries, reconciliations, roll-forwards, flux analyses, and supporting schedules.
• Own key accounting areas, including revenue, lease accounting, accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, and PP&E/fixed assets.
• Prepare audit-ready workpapers and work with external auditors to present analyses and resolve requests.
• Independently investigate discrepancies and unusual activity, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
• Identify accounting, process, control, and data issues and improve processes.
• Use NetSuite to research transactions, run reports, and analyze transaction-level data.
• Analyze financial results and large data sets to identify trends and variances.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business activity and resolve accounting matters.
• Apply U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
