The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting and 2–5 years of accounting experience, with CPA progress preferred. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 2-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze financial results and identify variances and trends.
• Ensure statements follow company policies and GAAP.
• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Assist with commissions and financial metrics calculations.
• Support internal and external audits and respond to inquiries.
• Lead portions of the monthly close process.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
