Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Experience with a large ERP solution (D365 preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Self-starter with strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Detail, deadline and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations and related data per company policy and US GAAP; collaborate to resolve reconciling items.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Analyze financial statements and investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Support month-end close process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and communicate monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Work with external auditors and support special projects.
