World Group’s ContainerPort Group is seeking an adaptable Account Manager to support and grow our customer base. Hybrid role requiring three in-office days weekly, with potential placement at any U.S. CPG location.

You will support clients, collaborate with internal teams, and manage shipments in our TMS and Salesforce systems. Strong interpersonal skills and 2–3 years’ intermodal/trucking experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2-3 years of account management experience in intermodal/trucking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with internal teams on customers' logistical needs and updates.
• Follow up with customers on current and projected availability.
• Log daily shipments in TMS and maintain customer records in Salesforce.
