Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Manager II in Boston to partner with Account Executives, manage day-to-day service processes, and drive successful renewal cycles. You will support client-facing initiatives, draft stewardship materials, and coordinate with ACS and Premium Accounting to ensure quality deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Commercial Risk, an active Property & Casualty license, and strong Excel and communication skills for effective client management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance experience, preferably in Commercial Risk in an Account Management role.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Excel experience is required.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to manage day-to-day service and renewals.
• Serve as primary client liaison and coordinate with ACS and Premium Accounting.
• Monitor invoices, receivables, and collections; resolve billing issues.
• Draft stewardship reports and client presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior staff as needed.
• Ensure timely information flow between clients and the account team.
