Job summary

NFP in Wayne, PA is seeking an Account Manager who will lead a portfolio of clients, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

You will start in office full-time with six months before potential remote flexibility; responsibilities include reviewing contracts, preparing proposals, maintaining client files, and building ongoing relationships with clients and carrier partners.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) required; BA/BS preferred.
• 2–3 years of client service or related industry experience.
• Licensing or ability to obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-office client interactions and day-to-day portfolio management.
• Prepare RFPs and analyze results with carriers.
• Build and maintain client files and records.
• Answer client and insurer questions (ID cards, claims, billing).
• Develop client relationships with Senior Account Manager and Advisors.
• Assist with renewal presentations and insurer negotiations.
• Create client education resources and wellbeing programs.
