Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships and deliver outstanding service while managing a portfolio of accounts. This role blends technology with personalized service and operates remotely on EST hours.

You will collaborate with senior team members, prepare proposals, review plans, and generate reports. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in client service with strong benefits knowledge.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of benefits administration and industry trends.
• More than 3 years’ client service experience.
• BA/BS preferred; licensing as needed is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send proposals to carriers; track results.
• Review contracts and benefit plan summaries for accuracy.
• Maintain client files and respond to client questions.
• Develop relationships with clients and carriers.
• Assist with renewal presentations and vendor products.
• Create client reports and distribute newsletters as needed.
