Job summary

Envisage International in Neptune Beach, FL is seeking a relationship-focused Account Manager to support clients from onboarding through renewal. This hybrid role requires two in-office days per week near the beach and offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

You will build lasting client relationships, coordinate with internal teams and carrier partners, and manage renewals to support long-term retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at the same time
• A proactive, self starter with a positive approach and willingness to take ownership
• Someone who enjoys collaborating with others and building relationships
• Willingness and ability to travel periodically for client visits, conferences, and other business needs
• Ability to obtain a Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities license within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Lead the onboarding and implementation of new accounts
• Serve as a trusted resource for client questions, needs, and challenges
• Coordinate with internal teams and carrier partners to ensure excellent service and timely follow-through
• Manage account renewals and support long-term client retention
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve their experience
• Maintain accurate account information and stay ahead of deadlines and deliverables
• Take ownership of client needs from start to finish
