Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Account Manager for the Employee Benefits team based in our Doral office. This hybrid role involves coordinating renewals, benefit communications and client deliverables to ensure a high level of service and retention.

The successful candidate will have a Florida 2-15 license, 5+ years of account management in an insurance agency, strong MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented, organized approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Florida 2-15 insurance license required.
• At least 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Detail oriented with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual planning timeline and ensure client deliverables are prepared on time.
• Oversee renewal, marketing, compliance, open enrollment, implementation and employee communications for assigned clients.
• Produce accurate materials and audit work product to minimize errors.
• Leverage carrier resources to advocate for clients and improve retention.
