Job summary

Anserve Inc. seeks an Account Manager to maintain and grow client relationships across virtual, phone, and in-person channels. You will collaborate with multiple departments, prepare client meetings, and ensure clear, proactive communication with customers.

The role is hybrid, with three in-office days per week for candidates within 30 miles of Butler, NJ, and opportunities to attend client events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Products and CRM; willingness to learn additional systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively contact existing customers and serve as a point of contact for assigned clients.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings, virtually or in person, including trade shows when needed.
• Create, use, and explain Anserve reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments and senior management to ensure top-tier service.
