Job summary

Medix is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive growth, build durable client partnerships, and lead territory development. You’ll source opportunities, expand the client base, and collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver placements that positively impact lives and organizations.

You will operate in a hybrid model with base salary, uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses, while advancing your career through world-class training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
• Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork abilities.
• Positive attitude and a drive to learn and grow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of the Medix recruiting process.
• Source and identify qualified candidates via diverse channels.
• Evaluate candidates through screenings, interviews, and references.
• Meet and exceed weekly performance quotas for screenings and meetings.
• Generate and pursue sales leads to expand business opportunities.
• Build territory via strategic prospecting and client engagement.
