The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and consistently meeting weekly and quarterly KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of inside or outside sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads to expand client base.
• Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Client Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate terms to win new business.
• Collaboration & Placement Support: Partner with recruiting teams to support client and candidate placements.
• Performance Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and quarterly performance targets.
