Job summary

Medix is seeking a staffing sales professional to learn the Medix recruiting process and develop into an Account Executive role. You will identify candidates, screen them, and generate qualified leads while shadowing current executives.

The position starts with recruiting training and a clear growth path into B2B sales. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy outbound calls, KPI-driven environments, and building a client network.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly progress meetings and shadow current account executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to generate leads.
