Job summary

PubMatic is seeking an Account Executive for Advertiser Solutions (Independent Agencies) to drive new relationships and expand our footprint with agencies. You will leverage digital advertising expertise and strong client relationships to deliver on revenue goals and partnerships.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, upsell PubMatic products, and stay ahead of industry trends in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital advertising sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying/selling, pricing models, optimization, audiences.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a consultative approach.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, translating data into client narratives.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform spend growth across independent agencies to meet/exceed revenue targets and actively prospect new business.
• Manage and grow relationships with independent agencies with exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations, Publisher Account Management, Ad Solutions, and Product Management to tailor solutions.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within PubMatic’s product suite.
• Develop understanding of PubMatic’s technology and value proposition to articulate client impact.
• Attend industry events to strengthen relationships and stay informed on ad tech trends.
