Job summary

PubMatic is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical anchor for advertisers and agencies. You will lead complex solution design, audience activation, and onboarding across DSPs, identity, and data ecosystems to drive campaign success.

You will troubleshoot and optimize campaigns, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales, and mentor junior team members while expanding client relationships globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DSP and AdTech experience, client-facing preferred.
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs and RTB.
• Experience with audience activation and data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and solution design, discovery, scoping, POCs and RFP responses.
• Design end-to-end solutions using PubMatic’s buyer stack aligned with client goals.
• Own data onboarding, API integration, and log-level data setup post-sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally; mentor junior engineers; train internal teams.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to advertisers and agencies.
