The University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business is seeking an Academic Advisor (Student Services Advisor I) to join our Undergraduate Advising & Student Affairs team in a hybrid work environment. You will be the primary contact for undergraduate students, providing holistic advising and helping them plan their degree progress.

The role requires strong communication skills, commitment to student development, and the ability to collaborate with faculty and campus partners

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in student affairs or a related field.
• 2+ years of undergraduate advising experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide academic counseling for undergraduate students.
• Advise on curriculum, degree requirements, transfer credits, and graduation.
• Monitor progress, maintain student records, and assist with petitions.
• Advise individuals and groups; coordinate with parents, faculty, and partners.
• Develop programs and events; participate in policy and process improvements.
