Jacobs is seeking a VDC 4D Coordinator to unify models and schedules, accelerating re-industrialization through 4D/5D workflows. You’ll work across multiple projects with an international delivery team, solving problems, and delivering practical 4D results. The role blends hands-on production with room for experimentation and improvement.

The team emphasizes learning unfamiliar tools, collaborating across time zones, and building repeatable processes for better planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM/VDC and 4D/5D experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop/maintain 4D models linking 3D elements to construction schedules using SYNCHRO 4D Pro or similar.
• Prepare/structure/vet model data, including Revit parameters and element coding, for reliable schedule linking.
• Collaborate with project teams across time zones to understand methods, sequencing, risks, and opportunities.
• Create clear simulations and visualizations to support planning discussions and strategy.
• Keep models current as designs and priorities change; pivot between projects as needed.
• Coordinate with an international delivery team, define priorities, and ensure deliverable quality.
• Improve workflows, troubleshoot data integration, and test tools for speed and accuracy.
• Develop 5D workflows connecting quantities, scheduling, and cost data.
• Share knowledge to help teams use 4D effectively.
