Job summary

Ready Warehousing & Logistics is seeking a Sales Associate to drive revenue across our trucking and warehousing services in the New Jersey market. The hybrid role blends remote work, on-site collaboration, and client visits, with full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.

You will target mid-market and enterprise accounts, deliver tailored 3PL rate quotes, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• B2B logistics sales experience with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills across the supply chain.
• Fluency in English with professional proficiency in Chinese or Korean is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Prospect, pitch, and close new mid-market and enterprise accounts for warehousing, fulfillment, and freight/trucking services.
• Pipeline Development: Build a robust deal pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, CRM management, and industry networking.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze client supply chain requirements to provide tailored 3PL quotes and service agreements.
• Account Transition: Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent service delivery for new accounts.
