Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for its Florence, KY property to lead daily operations, drive revenue, control costs, and ensure top-level guest service. You will manage budgets, sales initiatives, and reporting while building a strong leadership team.

The role requires a proven track record in hotel leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to collaborate with owners and local partners to meet financial and service objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver\'s license for the applicable state
