Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a software professional to design, develop, and integrate hardware-in-the-loop flight simulators for missiles. You will work in a real-time environment with weapon system designers to meet precise requirements and ensure robust software quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience in C++ with OO features.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance before start.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to control HWIL flight simulators in a real-time environment.
• Analyze system needs and ensure hardware/software standards are met.
• Design and implement build procedures for hardware and software development.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and train junior developers as needed.
