Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive systems engineering experience.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) verification and simulation platforms for mission-critical defense programs.
• Leadership across architecture, integration, and verification of hardware and software, real-time computing, telemetry analysis.
• Ability to author technical proposals, system architecture documents, and present to senior leadership and customers.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance and SCIF operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end test strategy for the GNC subsystems and autonomous capabilities.
• Integrate real-time simulation, embedded software, and high-fidelity hardware rigs for validation.
• Lead architecture, integration, and verification efforts across systems.
• Ensure rigorous, repeatable, and secure test processes that meet schedule and performance requirements.
