Job summary

Haywire in Dallas seeks a Line Cook who brings genuine hospitality and Texas-sized hustle to our kitchen. You will read tickets, execute precise recipes, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering chef-driven, farm-to-fork dishes that reflect our Texas hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years line cook experience (steak house a plus), know kitchen techniques, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Join a team focused on quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years Line Cook experience preferred; steak house experience a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes.
• Stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Properly use a knife and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification.

Company's Comin' and that means we need a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms.
