Job summary

Haywire Uptown is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in Dallas. The role focuses on keeping dishes, utensils, and cookware clean, organized, and sanitary to support a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred, high volume experience a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels.
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations.
