Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations by managing daily schedules, follow-ups, and changing priorities.
• Review service work orders and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage parts ordering, tracking, inventory, and documentation to support service calls and project work.
• Act as a liaison between service and construction teams to improve communication and execution.
• Maintain organization across the warehouse, vehicles, office supplies, PPE, uniforms, and deliveries.
