Qualifications

• Three+ years HVACR or hydronic heating experience.
• Wholesale distribution experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for HVACR customers.
• Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and proactive solutions.
• Manage inbound sales calls and support outside sales with customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell HVACR product lines and increase account growth.
• Understand and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, order processing, and delivery.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
