Responsibilities

Perform warranty and recall service work across HVAC Service/Maintenance and Installation departments.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs with a high level of accuracy.
Provide technical support and guidance to HVAC technicians in the field.
Document service work thoroughly, including warranty-related forms in ServiceTitan.
Communicate recall-related findings to appropriate managers within a 24-hour timeframe.
Collaborate with managers to identify trends and training opportunities.
Support continuous improvement by contributing to issue resolution and process refinement.
Engage with manufacturer technical support when needed.
Assist the Service department during high-demand periods.
