Job summary

Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing seeks an HVAC Warranty Technician to own warranty calls from diagnosis to resolution. You will quickly diagnose issues in heating, cooling, electrical, and mechanical components, and work with installation and service teams to prevent repeats.

• Take ownership of HVAC warranty calls from diagnosis through resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues with newly installed and existing HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and installation-related issues.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to prevent repeat callbacks.
• Prioritize warranty calls and complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document findings and recommendations.
• Report recurring issues and propose improvements to management.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of HVAC warranty calls from diagnosis through resolution.
• Quickly identify and troubleshoot issues with newly installed and existing HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Identify the root cause of equipment failures and installation-related issues.
• Work with installation and service teams to prevent repeat callbacks.
• Prioritize warranty calls and complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate clearly with customers, keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
• Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
• Recognize recurring issues and bring solutions to management.
• Follow company safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Hold yourself accountable for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Previous residential HVAC service or installation experience.
