Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Field Service Customer Experience Specialist to manage warranty and service operations for customers in the Midwest. This on-site role supports warranty setup, claims, and coordination with technicians and managers.

You will work closely with service teams to ensure timely warranty processing, parts orders, and startup readiness, while maintaining strong customer relations and documentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service or service operations experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Service Bench, Salesforce, and S4/SAP.

Responsibilities

• Set up and validate warranty status for warranty jobs.
• Review open warranty jobs daily.
• Complete documents for warranty claims.
• Process warranty claims within 10 days of completion.
• Order parts for warranty jobs.
• Coordinate with warranty admin team and Area Managers.
• Communicate with technicians for required warranty information.
• Set up startup jobs when readiness notification is provided.
• Provide information needed for startup to the tech.
• Ensure connectivity setup and IPs are updated for startup.
• Share schedules with Service Coordinator during S&O meetings.
