Job summary

CoolSys in Southern California is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods, tools and equipment. You will maintain stock records, manage tool inventory and support purchasing processes.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of warehouse experience, plus 2 years in HVAC or refrigeration. Forklift certification is preferred, and you will work in a safety‑driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with HVAC and/or Refrigeration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and dispatch a wide range of goods including materials, tools, machinery, and uniforms.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received; log rentals; manage stock control and tool inventory.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards in the work environment.
