Job summary

CoolSys, a leader in indoor environment solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of materials, tools, and uniforms. You will uphold safety, inventory accuracy and timely delivery while coordinating purchasing and vendor interactions.

The role requires an Associates degree or equivalent experience, plus 3 years in warehousing and 2 years with HVAC/refrigeration concepts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years with HVAC and/or Refrigeration concepts.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods including materials, tools and uniforms.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security in the warehouse.
• Ensure quality, delivery budgets and environmental objectives are met.
• Respond to field communications and locate vendors for materials.
• Administer online purchasing systems and process requisitions/POs.
• Maintain stock control, inventory records and tool transfers.
