Job summary

Qualifications

• Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office 2007 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate typical warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet truck, hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Supports the shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventory.
• Warehouse and facilities maintenance and housekeeping.
• Supports existing warehouse staff in a team-based environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assists with Parts Sales functions, as needed.
• Assist with Warranty administration.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Receives and processes customer orders while responding to customer’s inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services.
• Records changes in inventory by completing paperwork and updating data base as necessary.
• Maintains supplies inventory by recording quantities used and determines needed supplies in warehouse.
• May deliver parts orders to customer locations or job sites.
• Follows up with all customers, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies.
