Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Tradesmen to join our growing team. You will perform mechanical installations and service heavy commercial and industrial equipment, mentored by peers, and work under the labor agreement assigned by the Employer.

Troubleshoot issues, respond to basic warranty calls, and keep customers informed of progress. Provide recommendations and quotes to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and service HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems; respond to basic warranty calls.
