Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Adherence to the company Safety Program is required.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Willing to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results under supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems and respond to basic warranty calls.
• Provide recommendations and quotes to improve facility efficiency and upsell opportunities.
