Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Tradesmen to join our team in the United States. The role involves mechanical installations and service on heavy commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, with mentorship from peers and adherence to the labor agreement.

You will troubleshoot, respond to warranty calls, and provide quotes and recommendations to improve facility efficiency. Pay range is $18.00-$20.00 hourly, with union-aligned benefits, under the CBA rate sheet.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and service on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot, resolve problems, and respond to basic warranty calls.
• Provide quotes and recommendations to improve facility efficiency.
