Qualifications

• Must be a member or willing to join UA Local Union, Plbg & Pipe Fitting Industry AFL-CIO.
• 1+ years of mechanical experience is a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent Johnson Controls professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of HVAC mechanical systems.
• Complete required project and service documentation.
• Provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service, and upsell where appropriate.
• Conduct routine service and inspections of HVAC equipment per contract.
