Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years Commercial and/or industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors experience.
• Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators and related tools.
• Experience with vibration equipment for driveline troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to support branch activities.
• Able to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
• Interest in career development through training programs.
• Ability to write clear problem statements and corrective actions for customers.
• Able to provide quotes and participate in Service Plus Rewards.
• Safety is a priority in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial HVACR systems.
• Troubleshoot and service light to heavy commercial equipment including pumps, fans and chillers.
• Collaborate with Servicemen and apprentices to complete jobs.
• Provide accurate quotes and recommendations to ensure efficient operation.
• Participate in training programs to expand product knowledge and sales quoting.
