Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, administrative support, or coordinating roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle emails and phone calls related to training programs and classes.
• Process training documents accurately and ensure forms are complete.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets with relevant data.
• Follow up and report training data accurately.
• Make monthly calls to technicians and managers for progress updates.
• Update training files and classroom materials for scheduled classes.
• Manage class calendar invites and schedule meetings.
• Set up class lunches and refresh classrooms; greet technicians and managers.
• Monitor stock supplies and report shortages.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
