Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support development, implementation, and administration of safety programs across our commercial HVAC service operations. You will work with Operations, Branch Managers, HR, and field technicians to promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field, 2+ years in safety or compliance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
2+ years of experience in safety, EHS, compliance, operations, or a related field.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel to NAS branches and customer/job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and administer NAS safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable safety requirements.
Identify safety risks with Operations leadership and implement corrective actions.
Conduct and coordinate branch, jobsite, vehicle, and field safety inspections.
Maintain safety documentation, records, certifications, and compliance reports.
Update safety policies based on changes in regulation or operations.
Support ongoing administration of safety programs across NAS locations.
