Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), part of Lennox International, seeks an entry-level HVAC technician in the Baltimore area. You will support installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems for NAS customers. Training will be provided as you grow with a nationwide network.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, on-site repairs, and safety compliance. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC Trade school graduate strongly preferred with good attendance.
• 1+ year in mechanical support role; some HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must work safely daily and follow safety measures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
